Having the concussion issues last year and now this year. Is it the beginning of a bad trend or just two random incidents that will soon be behind him? If he suffers another in the fairly near future (like later this season), it will apparently be something serious to be concerned about. But hopefully this is the last situation like this for Dee and he'll be fine moving forward. As we have seen from football, concussions are nothing to mess with.

I think his concussion last year was in the VCU game and he got head butted by Graham.

I don't think Dee has a problem with concussions or a tendency toward them. If he just has the bad luck of stringing some together, though, that will create problems. Two within a year sucks, but hopefully he keeps his head safe from harm, especially in the near future.
