View Full Version : Lindsay Patterson prowling the sidelines
This is great - she's going to be fun to watch.

While this is not her best line, I am looking forward to her getting some coverage for X:
"This is an exciting opportunity for me. I'm a huge Cincinnati sports fan and I've been a Bengals fan since the day I was born," said Patterson. "My goal is to be an NFL sideline reporter one day." (Ummmm ... great Lindsay, thanks for slumming with us on your way to NFL sideline stardom.)

Agree that she'll be fun to watch, but (re: the video) she's going to have to work on starting four out of every five sentences with the word "I".

Woohoo I went to college with her, WC represent! But on another note, literally ALL she cares about is the Bengals so that quote from her isn't surprising.

She's so excited, she can't even end one sentence before sliding into the next one. Was this recorded on an iPhone? Why is the frame so narrow?
We survived for decades without sideline reporters in basketball. Why they are now deemed necessary seems ridiculous. Unless it's Craig Sager with an outlandish tie and some actual interview with a player, there is no information they provide that a producer couldn't slip to the main announcer.

It's part of the Fox Sports 1 package. Lighten up Francis!

She annoyingly brings up the Bengals at any and every opportunity. But she is good at her job and everything that guys on WLW say about her she is talented and knows what she is doing. I don't think she has any tv experience though other than Time Warner and stuff like that.

I have spent some time in Sabina. I love that its not too big, snug even. There are others, but this Sabina is unique, and doesn't follow the old adage that "if you have seen one Sabina, you've seen them all."
