In my wildest dreams I have trouble hearing Mack say this:

We lost all 5 starters last year from the year before team. Not sure anyone faces that sort of hurdle (maybe KY for different reasons)

I think it will be uphill this year against a tougher league in an 18 game schedule. But some of the guys got some experience last year, and that can only help. I'm not going to pipe dream a NCAA championship, but I think we can be very respectable and surprise a lot of people.

Good for Christon but not for us. Mr. Titus does not think we are going to do very well this year. Could be true but might not be true.

I think just having legit scholarship players to send it should help win at least a few more games this year.

Four different schools have made a Final Four in the last decade (Marquette, Butler, Georgetown, and Villanova), one has made two Elite Eights in that time (Xavier), four more have made Final Fours at some point in their history (Providence, St. John's, DePaul, and Seton Hall), and one is Creighton (Creighton).

DePaul will be a player again when they build their new arena, which I think was approved..........it will take some time, but you simply cabnt recruit their right now and expect to win in the BE

It just amazes me how many times Xavier proves these pundits wrong. Every year Xavier flies under the radar only to end up going to NCAA and doing damage. Last year was going to be a 10-11 win team and they finished 17-14 with some huge wins and all with a roster of who's? Maybe I have my blue tinted glasses on but I promise you that this will be a great year for Xavier. Xavier will finish fourth this year and after that they will dominate this league because that's what X does! Predictions 23-7,12-6, 5 seed, 2nd round. Go X!!!!!
