Hmm, that's appealing. My aunt and uncle up there already suggested it to me...I'm committed to the Georgetown game two days later (and much closer to home), but it would be cool to catch both.

This is confusing me. Did you mean one MONTH plus two days later?!?

Can't wait. Also for those in the Chicago area, Feb 15 tix available from Marquette's site for about $38 each. Just got a pair Sec 424. Kind of nosebleed seats but.....

I know that campus is planning some very cool events associated with the DePaul game. Nothing finalized this far out, but keep Sunday the 19th open as well. It's going to be a huge year for Chicago and the other Big East cities. Go X!

Did anyone catch the DePaul game against Southern Miss last night? Apparently they've got a notable season ticket holder in the form of one Ozzie Guillen.
If their play was any indication last night, DePaul should be paying Guillen to have to sit through a season to watch their games (not the other way around).

I bought 2 , 6 rows behind X bench on stubhub for $30 per the other day. Hopefully, I read the seating chart correctly. There were more available. Section 111 . Rows start A then AA thru FF and back to B.
Booked a room at embassy for $135 per night also. Nice affordable road trip north.
Ready to see X take down the home team!!!
Suggestions on nightlife n restaurants in immediate area?

If you want to blow the money you saved on a cheap hotel and tic then go to Gibsons and get the cold seafood tower app! Rivers casino is around the corner and the Hugo Frog bar inside is very nice.

Would like to do a Chicago road trip. The games are in Rosemont, so I am not sure public transportation is a go. I wanted to take the Megabus. I have taken the Megabus to Chicago once over the last summer with my boys, and that was fun.
Our games in Milwaukee vs Marquette are downtown I think. That may be a better road trip.

The Bradley Center is just a little north of downtown, I think (at least past the interstate loop that circles Milwaukee). Parking should not be an issue there - I certainly wouldn't expect to be an issue for the DePaul game unless Xavier fans travel in droves.

Allstate Arena is reasonably near the River Road "Blue" Rapid Transit Line which runs from downtown. Short cab ride up Mannheim Road. Huge parking lot if you drive.
Bradley Center is downtown. Walkable from anywhere downtown. Plenty of parking.
Cooley Clan will be on hand at both venues.
Looking forward to pre-game festivities and Victory After Parties!

So the bottom of the section starts with A and goes to AA towards the top?

I need to get my tickets for this...Hopefully I will be able to stay at my house, we just moved mom out but are not selling until spring.....I would be 10-15 minutes down the street from the arena....and it is a 3PM central time...drinking will start early....

From what I gathered on the arenas website. Strange....
