Will There Be a Scrimmage?

I see just one exhibition game on the schedule, so I'm guessing there will be a hush hush scrimmage? Has this been discussed and I missed it?

The "closed" part of the closed scrimmage is overkill. I've heard talk of people having to leave their cell phones outside. Once I heard that an employee had his laptop with him so he could watch the stream of a football game, and was told to get rid of it. What's crazy is that oftentimes, you can just walk into the gym while these teams are practicing whenever you want to and watch them. But, the second they have a practice (and that's really all this is) where both teams are there, it turns into Fort Knox.

There are a million different formats. I believe you're allowed three hours, although some go longer. I guess no one will care so long as you don't go past four hours. Or maybe they will since it's "technically" a game, and a game is three hours out of the twenty hours you're allowed each week. I honestly don't know.

Some will play a regulation game and then work on situational stuff.

Some will have two games going at once.

Some will play four or five twelve minute games, and factor in some situational drills in between.

There really isn't anything going on that warrants the level of secrecy that is required. It's kind of silly. But....oh well.
