CINCINNATI - The X Store, in partnership with Xavier University's Athletics department, is excited to announce the recent completion of a two-week renovation aimed at modernizing the store with improved navigation and larger product assortments.

"We are committed to delivering the best customer service and fan experience to guests visiting the Cintas Center," said Brian Hicks, Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing for Xavier University. "Coinciding with our move to the BIG EAST Conference, we have planned several new initiatives and facility enhancements, like The X Store, that fans will enjoy as they experience Xavier athletics' events this season."

Beginning last Friday, October 11th, X Store shoppers now enter through a new storefront featuring double sliding doors to ease access and increase traffic flow. Further contributing to the customer experience, the new layout includes convenient register placement directly outside of the store. Relocating the register will open sales floor space to expand selections of spirit apparel, gifts and merchandise.

To help drive Musketeer pride, the store will also incorporate new graphics showcasing the athletic program throughout the store.

"We focused on designing an atmosphere that supports our customers and the overall Musketeer fan experience," said Michael Hubbard, Store Director for The X Store. "The X Store works closely with Xavier University and its Athletics department to ensure we're providing the products that Xavier fans want, where and when they want them."

For more information, please contact The X Store team at 513-745-3311 or by email at Xavier@bkstr.com. Musketeer fans can also shop spirit apparel at the Xavier University Bookstore and its online store at www.goxavier.com/store.
