New BBall Arena designer has link to reds?

Coming up early in the BBall season is a big game at a new arena in South Dakota called "The Pentagon". It will feature a game between St. John's and Wisconsin.
In looking into the Arena I noticed an artist's rendering of the facility. The link is below. Take a look at the Banners hanging from the Ceiling. Look Familiar?

It was done by Fiegen Construction and Google has produced no ties to Cincinnati. But, whoever drew that, definitely knows their Reds World Series history.
