The women’s schedule release mentions that nine players return from last year’s team, but the 2013-14 roster (http://www.goxavier.com/sports/w-baskbl/mtt/xavi-w-baskbl-mtt.html) online only shows seven (with one of those being Ce’Dra Evans). Ty O’Neill and Kristine Rose are not listed. I don’t see anything about them transferring, so does anyone know what their statuses are?
Regardless, it looks like the team will be pretty young (again):
3 or 4 seniors (Hawkes, Wanninger, Crouch and maybe O’Neill)
0 juniors
3 or 4 sophomores (Crittenden, Glover, Zantt and maybe Rose)
6 freshman (Kayla Davis, Kayla Styles, Maddison Blackwell, Erica Dawson, Leah Schaefer, Martha Thompson)
Half the team could be freshmen.
