#Butler has no copyright, but Xavier's new slogan is a blatant ripoff. http://www.xavier.edu/alumni/content/get-involved/give.cfm …

Really? That's our "new" slogan? Ugh.
The Popes did a good job of taking him to task tonight.

What would be copyrighted? "The _____ way?" Everyone says that. I'm pretty sure you can't copyright random words.

The Popes should never be allowed to graduate. Blasphemy.

They referenced "The Steeler Way" on Monday Night Football last night. I hope Butler sues them too.
What a tool.

I haven't seen it in awhile, but there is a very old movie called the Iron Major, which is about Frank Cavanaugh.
I think I remember him referring to every school he coached at as "The Dartmouth Way, or "The Boston College Way" or "the Fordham Way."
Cavanaugh coached football around the turn of the century. The 19th century, that is.
