Women's Schedule Release Announcement

Xavier women’s basketball will announce the 2013-14 non-conference schedule, a slate that features six home games, through its Twitter handle, @Xavier_WBB, beginning at noon tomorrow (Aug 15). Catch insight on all 12 non-conference games as they are announced live.

There should be some winnable games but the non-conference games with at Michigan; Duke, Kansas (in the VI); Cincinnati and Indiana (at home) should really help prepare for the Big East. I'm already looking forward to coming in from Chi town Dec 7 vs Austin Peay.

The home schedule is pretty easy... the road schedule is another story.

Michigan and the Paradise Jam are really the only tough ones. Everyone else had a losing record last year (although they did lose to OU and Wright State at home last year). Hopefully it can help them avoid the long, mid-season losing streaks of the past two years.
