As a part of the renovation, the basketball weight room will be relocated from the Donoher Basketball Center to a new 10,000-square-foot Athletic Performance Center in Reichard Hall. The Donoher Center will also get upgrades to include more technology and meeting spaces for the football and men’s basketball teams.

What is it about the seeing the phrase "upgrade" and "UD Basketball" in the same headline that makes me giggle?

It would be quite the upgrade if they could stop the sewage from running into that dump of an arena.

Or if they could pack the place with people that have all of their teeth.

Imagine if they were downgrading those facilities. Sends shivers down the spine just thinking of it.

When I saw the "UD to Upgrade" statement, I thought for sure they were moving to Dayton, KY so they could keep the same name and use NKU's facilities.

It's hard to be rejected when you were never considered.
