Charlie Weis is in his first year of coaching Kansas Jayhawk football, and might be the only person fatter than the previous Kansas coach. I am a ND fan, and was not a fan of Fat Charlie. I do like his honesty with his current recruiting pitch....

“Everyone wants to play. There’s no one that wants to not play. I said, ‘Have you looked at that pile of crap out there? Have you taken a look at that?’ So if you don’t think you can play here, where do you think you can play? It’s a pretty simple approach. And that’s not a sales pitch. That’s practical. You’ve seen it, right? Unfortunately, so have I.”

Thank God he is no longer at Notre Dame. He was/is such an arrogant prick. Heck of a recruiter, but pretty useless at developing talent.

The pile of crap is his existing set of players. If a recruit doesn't think they can get playing time over the current Jayhawks, who collectively are a pile of crap, then they likely won't play anywhere.
