Come from behind after 3 rounds, for the first time in his career, to win the British Open?

I vote no. Lindsey's just not good enough..
On the other hand, I don't know if Westwood can hold up under the pressure, and Mahan's never won, so...
Scott and Cabrera, who dueled out at the Masters are both in striking distance.

I don't see Westwood making enough putts down the stretch. Tiger will be right there. Adam Scott and his illegal putter are looking awfully good right now.

The only thing Elin has over Lindsey is Josephine.
Recall Faldo beat 'Zinger by making 18 pars which is Westwood's game. More pressure on Tiger.

I don't think so...the one major in the last 2 years that I don't take Westwood....although, I'm not sure his putter holds up either. I had Dustin Johnson to win $400...he fell apart today. I imagine Paulina Gretzky was a little too much for him last night. For that, I can't blame him...but I can hate him a little for multiple reasons. I agree with the Scott backers. Also wouldn't be surprised to see Stensen or Ryan Moore make it interesting tomorrow.
Either way, the bloody mary's will be flowing tomorrow morning as I watch it all unfold. One of my all time vivid golf memories came from the British Open. I'll never forget waking up early in New Mexico one year and watching Jean Van de Velde absolutely give away a British Open. The announcers were shocked that he pulled a Driver on 18. Guy could have hit 3 7 irons and 3 putted and won. It was painful to watch....of course, Phil did the same thing years later at Winged Foot....but I had Ogilvy at 75/1 that day.

He must have had a bad night to be 3 over after 7 holes.

Man, you need to stop taking Lee Westwood in majors! He's a complete and total pretender and he'll never win one. I've never seen someone putt so visibly nervous. You can almost feel him squeezing his grip. I will never be a Westwood believer.

Well Phil certainly bounced back from the US Open disappointment. Good for him. I didn't see that coming.

Well on the flip side, I think he has more top 5 finishes over the course of the last 2-3 years than any other player. So, he keeps putting himself there. His putter didn't let him down today, he simply hit too many errant shots.

Yea, but he's a choke artist. The moment will always be too big for him in my opinion.
