How accurate are Jon Rothstein's tweets?

I made it what I thought was pretty damn far into that, and then realized I was only about a 1/3 of the way in. So Rothstein is optimistic. I don't GAF, and the guy who wrote that is weird and has way too much time on his hands.

I followed the guy for awhile but had to stop I couldn't take him anymore. Not only does he think the All-american team should consist of approx. 128 players, but the dude eats like a cow and says its all 'OFF THE CHARTS." Couple of examples:
