Though that day's game against Arkansas doesn't cause any immediate red flags. Ward left with a thigh bruise and the Tigers kept the Razorbacks, who were favored by nine points, from covering the spread.

I don't think it's really point shaving when you're on a horrible team that is an underdog in every game. I think that's called throwing games. Point shavers are supposed to try for backdoor covers (no homo).

I think it depends on what type of bet was involved. Although I'm a bad gambler as well.
