Dixon will join a back court that is already loaded for the Tigers, with Joe Jackson, Geron Johnson and Chris Crawford headlining it. Dixon is used to coming off the bench, as he was Missouri’s sixth-man in his last season with the Tigers.

Also of note:

Dixon averaged 13.5 points as a junior during the 2011-2012 season, but was suspended in October (http://collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/11/27/michael-dixon-accused-of-but-never-charged-with-sexual-assault/) prior to the 2012-2013 season. Eventually, news came out that Dixon had twice been accused of sexual assault while on Missouri’s campus, once by a woman that worked in the athletic department (http://www.kansascity.com/2012/11/29/3940684/second-rape-allegation-against.html#storylink=cpy) when he was a freshman and again in the summer before his senior year (http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/2012/nov/27/no-charges-filed-after-dixon-accused-rape/?tigerextra).
Dixon was kicked off the team (http://collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/11/29/michael-dixons-career-at-missouri-is-over/) by head coach Frank Haith as a result of the accusations, but he was never charged with a crime.

Not this year. Not with Louisville in the league.

Memphis may run away with the AAC.

The top half of the league will be very good this year. UCONN, Memphis, Louisville, and dare I say UC should all be tourney teams.

Eh, I expect them to succumb to their pathetic coaching as always.

Also this. Pastner couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag.

Allen Iverson's cousin (and memphis recruit) says (http://collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/04/kuran-iverson-says-memphis-recruiting-class-is-way-better-than-kentuckys/) Memphis' recruiting class is better than UK's...

“We can be great,” Iverson told SNY.tv. “Everybody talking about Kentucky hype, but there ain’t really gonna be no Kentucky hype. There’s gonna be some Memphis hype.”
If that answer wasn’t bold enough, when asked if he though Memphis’ 2013 class was better than Kentucky’s class, Iverson did anything but hold back.
“Yeah, way better. Way better. They talented, we work hard.”

Good to know Allen didn't get ALL the brains in the family.

We're talking about classes. Classes? We are talking about recruiting classes, not games, but classes.

Apparently Dixon is now telling people he didn't commit. (Link (http://collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/04/michael-dixon-has-not-committed-to-memphis/))

I believe it was the school that expelled him, frank haith as late as the battle for Atlantis last year was holding out hope to get him back on the team.

With Memphis now to be one of the flagships of the AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAC, the constant pimping and camera time that Pastner will get on ESPN will be insufferable.

That guy is a media whore anyway.
