I like how the NCAA is already trying to wash their hands (using water they paid for themselves, unless we can add hypocritical to their list of shames) of this saying they didn't impose the penalty.

I like how they linked to another article that points out when a school offers complimentary bagels to athletes they way the rule is written they can give them the bagel free, but can't give any toppings such as butter or cream cheese.
