So who do the guys who follow this like to win?
If I were picking on experience and equipment it would have to be Marco Andretti, but I don't know if Marco has the stones/smarts to pull it off.
Franchitti, while I'm not a fan, has developed into the best here at getting the car right, and he has Honda behind him.
I like Pagenaud as a darkhorse. Had a great race last year and was quickest on Friday. Or how about Bourdais? He's been surprisingly strong.
Carpenter has been excellent on ovals going back to last season. Amazingly I think he has a legit chance to win this.
The point leader Sato? Also has strong Honda backing. A Japanese driver winning the 500 would be an amazing thing. Can the Foyt crew make clean, fast pit stops all day, and make the right adjustments when needed? Doubtful. I'll be happy if he's on the lead lap for the last stint.

I'll be there tomorrow! It's my first time going. Anyone have any recommendations?

I would highly recommend the museum if you can squeeze it in. When I was a kid my dad took me thru the museum on early race morning a couple of times. This is when the museum was outside turn one, and was very small. I don't know what the hours are or if it's even doable race morning anymore. It'd have to be done pretty early.
Awesome, awesome place. Have a great time.

what a great race today... one of the best i've witnessed.
This was the greatest 500 I have been to. It was slightly downplayed by the race ending on yellow, but the fact that they went over 130 laps without a wreck was phenominal. Oh, and my boy Marco did not pull it off. I thought he had this one in the bag. However, the wife is a huge TK fan, so it wasn't all bad.

Agree. I honestly don't know if TK would have held off Munoz if there had been another restart.... it was that unpredictable.

That was race was amazing! If you've never been I would highly recommend it. Andretti will eventually get a win there. He's too good not to. You stay up in the top for a while, things will eventually break your way. That's what happened for TK. Munoz is going to be ridiculously good, although I heard he may end up racing F1 instead.
