The expression of the guy holding girl's hand looks almost identicle to the Biden's. This is the problem with putting Biden together with real victims. Biden cheapens their real emotions.

People have roles, the VP through the years takes on different roles to complement the president. Dick Cheney was the "evil war profiteer" to make Bush look good by comparison and Joe Biden is the "grumpy old man" so Obama doesn't have to be so harsh. To each his own.

Maybe Biden was looking at his poll numbers in those Iowa straw polls. I believe he will run for President. I believe he will lose, but that many people will vote for him. He is "crazy" Joe after all.
