Newly-minted tri-captain Isaiah Philmore has been watching offseason workouts instead of participating because of tendinitis.

Well, that's not great news. Hope they are both 100% soon. Also, I wasn't aware Stainbrook is also hurt until I read that today.

He had some kind of surgery with about a month left in the season. He quit showing up on the bench for the games. He could usually be seen on Mack's balcony overlooking the court.

He got his knee cleaned out if I remember correctly. Last time I saw him (this past weekend) he was still on crutches. He will be fine by the time the season starts. And don't worry about him gaining back the weight. He hasn't and won't.

Stainbrook had surgery for a torn meniscus if I recall correctly.
