That Other Conference inks a deal with CBS Sports

The soon-to-be-renamed Big East, smaller by seven schools after the defection of the Catholic 7, has signed a media rights deal with CBS Sports to carry conference games through the 2019-20 season.

One can only hope this deal with CBS Sports means that our friends over at UC get to experience some of the wonder and joy that is the Time Warner Cable Sports Channel - particularly those that live in a non TWC area in Ohio - that rubbed our noses in it this year.
