Just got home from the announcement. That was fun. The place was packed. Like any teleconference event it, of course, had issues. I honestly thought they would be selling T shirts with the X and Big East logo on them there, guess not. Wearing the "What A Great Move" T-shirt from when X moved from the MCC to the A10 went over well. I was hoping to replace it today...

I went up to Danas for a celebratory burger and beer, but they were closed. So I egged them. I am spent, emotionally spent. What a great, great, GREAT day. No more dayton.

Question about the money (it's normally the business side for me and how that impacts Xavier; I assume we'll win most of the time on the court now):

It seems clear that we're looking at $2.5 million in TV money. For how long does that go on? I'm hoping that is a transitional figure that corrects after the exit fee has been absorbed, and that all schools are on an equal level from there.

Anyone know the answer to that?
