Nice...The best part is Arizona has a picture of Mark Lyons and Maryland has a picture of Dez Wells going up for a monster jam...Then you have Xavier with Semaj at Purdue...Can you imagine the backcourt of Christon, Lyons, and Wells this year? Can you say top 4 NCAA seed and legitimate Final 4/National Title contender?

I don't see Semaj having the year he had if Lyons is here.

Agreed, but that backcourt (assuming no chemistry issues caused by Lyons) would be absolutely fantastic. Perhaps it would've allowed Semaj to grow into more of a true point in his first year. Interesting stuff to ponder, though I don't think we're supposed to get caught wondering about it here.

That is a major assumption for sure.

Yep. Lyons had a lot of negatives along with the positives, so I was mixed about him leaving, but Dez' lost really hurt because chemistry-wise he was great. He was already working to take the freshmen under his wing.

I wish I could find a thread on here that doesn't involve Dez Wells.

No they wouldn't.

Christon would have broken his leg, Lyons and Wells would have been arrested, and Mack would have been fired before conference play.

It would have been a disaster.

They will always be Muskies in my mind. Lyons is even a fellow allum. I can't help but follow and root for them.
