I believe that this game is the last disaster on TW Cable public access- access except for most of the world.
Am I right?

I am guessing here....
But if Xavier is playing in the new Big East this fall, this should be THE last time we have to deal with this BS from CBS Sports and TWC.
TWC can suck it!!
Directv will probably add the Fox sports channels to the standard tier, with no extra charge. Even if they make it part of the sports pack (which costs extra) it will still be light years better than this bush league crap CBS has pulled with TWC.

Thankfully will be in Salt Lake City for work so I don't have to worry about missing watching the game.
Anyone know if it's on DirecTV? I'm not seeing it anywhere on the guide. I swear if I fucking miss the senior night game then the wintery mix around here is going to be the storm least concerned about.

Cincinnati Bell Fioptics customers with the Sports Pack can find the game on channel 221 (FSNC). Only helps if you are town and not going to Cintas tonight, but at east there appears to be an option for those in that situation.
Pork, how do you like the Fioptics? They are quickly expanding it into Liberty Twp and I am wondering if I should stick with DirecTv (which I love) or make the move. I would love to have the faster internet.

It's on Fox Sports Midwest and also on Fox College Sports Central.
Check your local listing. 9:00pm, not 7:00pm.

I've got it. Love it for the faster internet, but the TV is just okay. Moves a lot slower than my old TW account ever did. If TV is your #1 priority, then stick with where you are, but if interwebs is a higher priority, then I definitely say switch.
I HATE dayton.

Thanks. No idea why it doesn't show up on my search but as long as I can watch...

Well looks like I just donated $1 for a live stream that I cannot watch in Ohio...that's what I get for not reading the whole thread through first.

I love it. The Internet is amazing and the tv is pretty equal to what TWC was, but I've been told the television quality varies by your setup. Overall I think it is a major upgrade over TWC.

Anyone else getting the Media Restrictions Error for the stream? Is this because I live in Ohio, even though I'm in Cleveland?
Edit: NM, it says it's only for outside of Ohio. Suddenly I feel like a move to "Florida"...
Edit 2: The stream looks like it's bootlegged itself. I can't believe they would charge people a dollar for this without the coupon...

Somebody at the game was telling me that at 11PM Fox Sports Midwest changed to some show about the Cardinals? Is that true?

Yes, true but only on the SD channel. I was able to watch the end on their HD feed.

Those Fox Sports Midwest announcers were HORRIBLE. They were like fans calling out what they thought should be the right call instead of actually announcing what the call really was. Then they were surprised when they were wrong. I was literally laughing out loud at those hacks.

There was one point earlier in the game where Moron #1 was trying to explain something about SLU's season or at-large hopes or some shit to Moron #2, and used the word "we" about 5 times throughout his incoherent babble. The guys were beyond awful homers. One great example is the play where Semaj was trying to break a little backcourt pressure in the second half and took a little bump from their guy and they wanted a travel. Every time someone used a legal pivot, they cried for a travel. I counted one time where they actually acknowledged a bad call going the other way. It's no wonder SLU fans think they got jobbed if they have to listen to those clowns every game. There were bad calls on both ends as always in the A10, but Xavier certainly wasn't catching the break of home court officiating like I wish we would every once in awhile post 12/10/11. Those guys were unbearable.

Agree as well. Internet much improved over Roadrunner, TV channel guide is better once I got used to it. HDTV looks like HDTV, but I will say that some of the standard definition channels look worse than with TW.
Either way, TW was by far, the absolute WORST customer service and processes of any company I ever dealt with.
