La Salle vs Saint Joe's preempted for Women's Curling

I know most people aren't watching this game right now, but hey, I've got two screens set up.

They didn't show the first six minutes of hte game because of women's curling. It's in overtime, or something.

They've since cut away from the game again to show the conclusion of women's curling.

This is, without a doubt, the last straw for me. When it comes to TV deals, our league's sucks. I understand being on ESPN and being preempted because a Big Ten game runs over. I don't like it, but understand it.

This is NBC SPORTS!!!! for crissake, and we're being preempted for CURLING!!!!!

Ridiculous. Lets leave. Anything we can do to get better tv deals, lets do it.

I'm actually an avid curler and a member of USA Curling. I was flipping back and forth, and was pissed when they turned the curling off. It was the gold medal match of the nationals. Kind of a big deal. Besides, it was St Joes and LaSalle. I can't imagine anyone was watching that shit show.
