PA - Great that you're this team's No. 1 fan. UD was the second straight game the team shot well in both halves. Eleven threes in the game and nine against St. B on Sunday. Also, the ladies outrebounded its second straight opponent. Those alone are promising signs. From the box score and listening, (I would've watched but it was Dayton commentary and that makes me queasy) it seems as if Dayton made a decision to make Ashley's night miserable. Game had to be a confidence builder for Aliyah and Briana.

Turnovers continue to be an issue. Worst case, they know they're within five buckets of the No. 15 team in the country giving it 23 points off 19 turnovers.

If this team is going to get it together, its chosen the right time. Regular-season woes aside, if you're gonna get hot and make a run, why not do this month and in March.

Curious to see how it all turns out.

The team is playing well right now and it showed last night at Dayton they left everything they had on the floor. It was a game that had to be seen to be appreciated so you could tell how far this team has come. Amber Gray is playing great like we always knew she could and it is great to see. The three freshmen are contributing quality minutes and gain more confidence with every game. Twenty 3-pointers in two games is so good to see. It was also nice to see the busload of X fans show up to support the team as it is always hard to play at Dayton. The stats on this game show how far we have come as we did better than the #15 team in the country in several categories. We are headed in the right direction and all the hard work of both coaches and players is starting to show. The foul calls were so lopsided even Coach had to laugh at times. We have a big game on Sunday and I hope we will continue to support this group of fighters and that they "finish strong." Go X!
