I'm somewhat amazed I haven't seen a story like this before...

The current story is that Alex went to the TV announcement two nights ago without his parents but with his coach. Word is that his coach convinced him to go to Arkansas while his parents were under the impression that Alex wanted to go to Miami. According to them and his brother, Alex wanted to go to Miami but it all changed when he was with is coach.

The current belief is that he will send his NLI to Arkansas tomorrow.

This is not as uncommon as you might think. I believe it happened at least a half-dozen times at X 4-2 in X favor. Mom told son ," Son, you ain't goin there, you're going to Xavier and graduate. End of story." Or something to that effect. He went and did.
