Ummm......I know it is uc and all, but it has to be hard to root for Duke at any time. Now if you are rooting for the Blue Demons, then maybe that's okay.

True story...

Pete Gillen was told we have signed on to play the Blue Devils....he said "great, DePaul has always had a rich tradition".

"No Coach, we are playing the Duke Blue Devils, not the DePaul Blue Demons".

"SHIT!!!"

We lost by over 20 to Duke at Cameron Indoor Arena in Grant Hill's senior year.

LOL! Good point. Just goes to show how much I care about DePaul. Unfortunately, after jumping to an early 10 point lead on the borecats, Purnell's players couldn't keep the lead and ended up losing by about 5 points.

On the plus side, I was on the Allstate Arena Screen flashing an "X" sign several times.
