I haven't been watching Xavier Women's Basketball since its inception obviously but I'm curious to hear everyone's list.
First Team
Amy Waugh
Nicole Levandusky
Tara Boothe
Ta'Shia Phillips
Amber Harris
Second Team
Reeta Pipari
Taru Tukkanen (sp?)
Jennifer Phillips
Nikki Kremer
Suntana Granderson
Third Team
April Phillips
Special Jennings
DeeDee Jernigan
Kim Holtz
Kristy Wallner
I just did this all off memory so I could be forgetting some people, but during my time being a fan this sounds about right. Could you imagine the first and second team being ONE TEAM at the same time. Goodness, that would be fun! Tell me what you think!

Noble effort to try and put that together, not going to pick apart the list and I was very impressed with Nicole Levandusky, she was part of the team, that took down UT, she was the WNBA pick that stuck and ended up with a title with LA. BUT,,,,,,, let me just say Carol Madsen and JoAnn Osterkamp. You absolutely can't put out a list without those two near the top.
The difficulty is putting out a list of 5.
Easier to put out a top 20 without separating into first second thirds, or to split into an era, 80's 90's etc,

I think the top five is pretty clear cut:
Amber Harris
Ta'Shia Phillips
Tara Boothe
Carol Madsen
JoAnn Osterkamp
Even though I didn't see the last two play, Madsen was the only reason I was aware there was a Xavier women's team growing up, and Osterkamp must have done something to get her number retired.
After that it does get difficult. I say Second Team should just be the entire 2001 team, since I remember the strength of that team was how balanced they were.

I've never seen Joann Osterkamp or Carol Madsen play hence why they're not on my list but I figured for those older than I they would be included and rightfully so. This is really just since I was aware of Xavier Women's Baskeball. You can pick me a part though lol

I concur with Dan, although I'd much rather go with the 2001 team as were just that. And this was a team that didn't have Amy Waugh for the first half of the year because of a torn Achilles. Their scalp of top-ranked UT is well known; they also came within an eyelash of getting a scalp of UConn up in Storrs.

Yea the UConn game was 1999-2000 season where they lost by 2 points in the second round. That was a crazy exciting game. The Tennessee moment was incredible though. I've looked forever about how to get that game on DVD or video with no luck. Anyone knows a way?
