The Xavier Musketeer men's basketball team won the season opener Friday night at Cintas Center convincingly 117-75. Sophomore guard Dee Davis earned his first career double-double with 22 points and 15 assists. Seven Musketeers finished with double figure points. The last time seven Musketeers had double figure points was January 3, 2008 against Virginia at Cintas Center.
