The Xavier men's basketball team, who has won five of the last six Atlantic 10 Conference regular season men's basketball championships, has been picked ninth out of 16 teams in the league's preseason poll. Freshman Semaj Christon earned a spot on the A-10 preseason All-Rookie Team, the only XU individual to earn preseason honors.
