Unconfirmed: Xavier Football cancels season

I know Facebook is always 100% reliable, so here goes.

Someone posted to the Xavier club football page that due to player injuries, depleted roster, yada yada yada, the remainder of the 2012 season is cancelled.

Can this off season get any worse for Muskie fans???
