Apparently it's not for sure that he's completely done there. Read the tweet right below it, plus ESPN and other sources say he's just taking a leave of absence and the current guy is just the "interim" head coach for now. Majerus will miss this season for sure though.

It wouldn't surprise me if he calls it quits for good though. Just look at the guy, he's a ticking time bomb and I'm amazed he's even made it this long. Apparently his contract expires after this season too... This is a big loss for SLU, and whether you like him or not Majerus did a hell of a job improving the state of the basketball program there.

What a shocker. The guy has had numerous health issues over the years but never makes ALL the changes he needs to have a healthier life. Kinda like Huggins, I have always just waited for the "breaking news" on ESPN, reporting his death. It's sad but brought on by themselves.
