44 - 33 St. Joes at the half.
I'm very surprised at Rhodys performance in the A10. I feel they have better talent, and especially quality depth than a lot teams in the A10, and should have already locked up a berth.

I hope there is some way for both to get at-large bids. URI is at 42 and SJU at 54 in the RPI. A road win by the Hawks today would help immensely. The wild card of AC always remains.

Problem is though Rhody losing on their home court is really not good for their chances.

It would also be nice if both could be top 50 in the RPI.

52-38 St. Joe's. Rhode Island is playing their way out of the tourney. I suppose if St. Joe's goes on a run, including beating Xavier, they could play their way back in.

rhody is in free fall right now. They had 3 home games this week and lost all three. I heard that Jimmy Baron is going through a tough time.
I look for St. Joseph's and UMass to finish the league strong and it may be only those two and X that have any chance for at-large from the league. If X wins in Atlantic City, A10 could only get one bid, but if cards fall right, then up to four if a wildcard wins the league.
Probably will be three teams three weeks from today.

What are these mysterious personal problems Jimmy Baron is suffering from?
URI plays horrendous defense. You can't play defense like that and expect to win on a consistent basis.
