Seems like a good hire. Comes from a basketball family, built a high school powerhouse, did well at Wagner, and also played D-I ball, plus his dad is a high school coaching legend, right? If I were a fan of that program I'd want a young up and comer like Hurley rather than a retread who failed at a Big 6 school.

Yes his dad is a high school coaching legend, and I agree it's a good hire.

He will be able to bring in some big time east coast recruits unlike Barron.

There's nothing I love better than beating Hurleys.

Edit: ok, ok, beating Dayton. And UC. And St. Louis. But oh how I dislike Bobby Hurleys and the rest of his rat-faced Duke brethren. If X has to beat a good URI team so much the better
