So Washington won the regular season PAC-12, going 14-4, but has a record of 21-9 and lost in the conference first round to UCLA. Their RPI is in the mid 50s, do they get a bid?

Oh and they are 3-8 VS top 100 RPI.

Washington and Cal could get an at-large by winning at least one game in the tournament, but they need to make the finals just to be safe. That tournament is going to be softer than a Victoria's Secret lingerie store.
