NEVERMIND - the "0" at the beginning has to be a ZERO, not an "O"...

Charging for March Madness may seem like a good idea, but it's not. Even though it's only four dollars, people will still be hesitant to pay it, and the viewership will go way down. People at the NCAA don't realize that other people who work outside of athletics can't just go to turn on any game they want at any time they want. Many people watching the Thursday and Friday afternoon games are watching at work, at their desks. If you make them pay for it, even if it's just four bucks, they just won't do it.

Bad call. My prediction is that next year it will be free again because the online advertisers will want more viewers.
