Hopefully sanity and love will triumph

Happy Valentines Day! This is written on that most commercial and sentimental of holidays in the hope that some measure of sanity and love for the Musketeer basketball team may be ingrained in a frustrated, very unhappy and discontented Xavier Nation before the final five games of the regular season.
As a primer for what follows, I recommend the posts of Mr. Neutral on MM, who among other words of grace and wisdom said:
“No matter what we may say/think about the players' game performances, their dedication and hard work and getting their degree, should be applauded heartily on Senior Night, especially with their family members present.”
Yes after 8-0, 16-9 and 7-4 in the A10 has left many of us on the verge of what radically could be called temporary insanity or more charitably deeply disturbed. In most cases it's a state of unfamiliarity.
