I guess that they shot their loads Wednesday night.
Today UMess beats STL by 13. After shooting 79% from the free throw line against us, they shot 42% (8-19) from the line today.
I guess we'd better shore up that free throw percentage defense again.
Go figure.

Another example of how we're every A-10 team's Super Bowl.

Or maybe UMASS is just pretty good this year. They are 16-5 and in 1st place in the league

No. They have played a pastry cart.
Remember, their coach is Derek Kellogg.

Didn't look up a box score, but UMass is like a lot of teams.. They go as their 3 point shooting goes.
I watched them a time or two in the OOC and was impressed with their skinny bigs athletisism, and their ability to shoot from 3.

Just because UMass is good does not mean we don't get every team's best shot.

UMass has length and athleticism at almost every position. Their improving point guard is pint size but makes them go. That game in amherst will be a major challenge.

Many teams do play up for Xavier, but part of the problem is that X only manages to give them a mediocre shot. Charlotte isn't all that good, and they were without their starting point guard, and X didn't exactly put them away.
