I'm going with my sister (UD junior, lifelong XU fan) to the game Sunday. I expect it to be a completely miserable experience regardless of outcome. The townies will see this as their last chance to salvage the dream season and, given that X will win by double digits, I expect a lot of ugliness, especially up in the nosebleeds where we're sitting.

Do you think by saturday after UD bows out in the first round (if they somehow made it) that anyone would remember that the A10 had one more team? No. Therefore I want them to suffer as much as possible.

Don't get me wrong. It's great to see UD suffer. And I don't think having the top of the A10 beat each other up directly hurts X.

But more generally, it hurts the A10. It hurts A10 recruiting (including X's).

Anybody want to trade burrell for roberts now? Go to ud with a mission - they will be a wounded animal - if XU stomps them early, their spirit will break and XU will pull away - if XU leaves ud in the game, who knows?? Take the lead at the half to break their will.

As of now Burrell is twice the player Roberts is. He can do it all but like Obi Wan he does what he must. Is it a coincidence he had a career assist night on a night Drew just can't give it all due to injury?

Oh, they'll come up with some sill excuse for it. Stanley is a team player. He is doing what it takes to help his team win - and he is doing it well.

After a trip to the UD board, I can't believe how many posters are still defending Gregory.

I would like to think that if an X coach went 5 years without making the tourney, there would be outrage and a coaching change.

But most of the UD faithful still defends him (mostly on off the court aspects).

Let me just say this: IF MILLER LEAVES AND X'S NEW COACH GOES 5 YEARS WITHOUT MAKING THE TOURNEY, I WILL CONSTANTLY CALL FOR A NEW COACH.

When XU and UD entered the league, they emberrassed the eastern part of the league.

Ud's struggle and the Eastern part of the leagues relative success represents a change.
