I'm a Big Murray State Fan

I almost went there, and I have a ton of respect for their program. They're a mini-Xavier in a lot of ways given their sustained success over the years. I think Isaiah Canaan is one of the best guards in the country.

However, even with the 18-0 record, ranking them in the top 10 is just pure insanity.

Oh, definitely. I'd love it if they were #1. Just can't see them quite this high. I'm really looking forward to see them playing in the Bracket Busters (would be excellent if Wichita State went undefeated between now and then and was sent to Murray as a top 20 team).

Agree completely. I also like Murray State and think what they've done with a bunch of guys who basically sat on the bench a year ago is stupifying. Ivan Aska wasn't a regular starter, and even though Canaan started most games, he didn't start all of them, and wasn't anywhere close to the player he is now. Personnel wise, they were probably better the last two years. It's just that they didn't play with this kind of energy.

I don't think they're a top ten team. In fact, they're now without Aska due to a broken hand, and Morehead State could make them sweat on Wednesday. They are a great story, though. I've had more fun watching them then probably any other team this year.

I was wrong. They definitely are. It wasn't listed on the schedule I was looking at, but it is listed on their official athletic site.

Yep, and I think Wichita State is the best of the road teams. It will be a tremendous matchup if it comes to pass.
