Jay Bilas can bite me.
What happened at the end there? I turned it on with 14 secs left and Roy and his whole team were being escorted off the court by state troopers. Wtf? Couldn't take a beatdown just like our bear kittens perhaps?

Most bizarre ending to a game ever. With 15 seconds left they sent the entire UNC bench to the locker room. The only UNC people left at the end were the 5 players on the court.

Not completely bizarre - I'm pretty sure they didn't want to have to go through people rushing the floor at the end of the game.
Ghost of the 1988 Celtics leaving the floor at the Silverdome (although they at least congratulated the Pistons and Kevin McHale told Isiah to "Beat LA")

Roy Williams has and will always be a giant p*ssy. From his constant whining to getting that one fan kicked out of a game. The dude is thin skinned and soft.

Without a doubt. I think his pussiness is tied with his vertigo.

The fan Roy had escorted was an unlucky Presbyterian fan, whose team UNC was hammering. Roy wanted to do the same to some UNLV fan when they were losing this year out in Vegas.
Yes, the same Presbyterian College that UC couldn't handle; located right down the road from me here in South Carolina.

I think its funny that he subbed out the starters, got them to the locker room, and then left the walk ons out on the floor to finish the game. Clearly they're not a priority.

Wow! Dayton gets on Tu for not shaking hands at the end of a game. UNC had the entire team not shake hands. SMH

I think Florida States coach wanted them to walk off- said he didn't want any injuries. I don't think it was a big deal

But nobody cared if the five players left out there got hurt apparently.

I saw that mentioned somewhere as well, but I don't buy it for a second. If you see the video you can clearly see Roy Williams immediately approach the scorers table at mid-court after a basket to stop play and speak with the officials and the Florida State coach. Maybe the FSU coach suggested it once they were talking, but he wasn't the one to stop play or approach Roy, he did that all on his own.
Frankly, I love it. North Carolina LITERALLY got run out of the gym.

Worse than that, Williams did not know they were on the court.

I'm sorry but you don't leave any of your team behind. Ever.
Roy Williams needs a reality check.
When was the last time a player was injured b/c an opposing teams fans rushed the court ?
Give me a break Roy and stop being such a (you know what).

These kind of stoic, manly pronouncements amuse me. NO MAN LEFT BEHIND.
Except when that man is David West at Hawk Hill in, what, 2003?
