Expecting slot of bricks with stout defense tonight at Chafetz Arena.

1st team to 60 will win?

St loo playing poorly down the stretch of 1st half. Tu getting several bunnies.

The Temple guards are just awesome to watch.

Dwayne Evans for Saint Louis is tough.

These teams are legit.

2 major blocks to end the half. Good stuff...

Temple with the lead at the half. I'd really rather see SLU win this as I think that would be better for the conference since it's on their floor.

Temple is lee-git. They are fun to watch. I think this has to be the year they win a game in the tourney, despite Fran.

Didn't they go to the S16 last year? I know they won at least one. They played great against SDSU.

The SDSU game was in the 2nd round (or 3rd round as they call it now). So they only won one game in the tourney last year. They should have beat SDSU, but just couldn't close it out.

It all depends. Do you get the Temple team that lost to Purdue, Bowling Green and at home to Dayton or the one that beat Duke? Because the times I have watched them this year they seem like 2 different teams at times.

Dang I forgot they won last year. I remember listening to the SDSU game on the radio intently, that was an awesome game, excruciating.

The way they looked last night, I was really thinking they could surge to the Elite 8 but wanted to temper my comments because I forgot about their recent win in the NCAA. I still feel that way, although I agree with xavierj they are inconsistent.

But the way they just closed out on the road for the last 5 minutes of that game despite SLU's best shot was really reminiscent of great NCAA play. I think they're ready this year to do some damage. Of course, anything can happen.
