URI and GW are the only two.
The ACC only has one team with a losing record (BC), the Big East has none, the Big 12 has none, the Big 10 has none, C-USA has one (UAB), Missouri Valley has two (SIU and Bradley), the MWC has none, Pac-12 has 3 (USC, Utah and Arizona State), SEC has none, WCC has 2 (Portland and San Diego) and the WAC has two (Freson and San Jose State).
Considering almost all those leagues have more teams than the A-10, that's not too bad. The bottom of the A-10 is better than it has been in a long, long time, and that should help a lot RPI-wise.
