They also lost at home to Long Beach State.
Oh, and Pitt had all their players...and Gibbs barely acknowledged anybody going through the handshake line. He was acting like a "gangsta"
Where, oh where is the B-Espn outrage!?!?!?!?!?!?

Haha, Huggins going nuts at the crowd. Thug running his mouth. Gangster.

Maybe he'll have that final heart attack and meet his role model- Satan.

Holy Moly.
Read BeelzeBob's lips on the replay. The MF word was used repeatedly. What a class act.
Plus, I believe that he now weighs 25,000 pounds.
They do serve liquor in Las Vegas, do they not? If so, there may not be enough to fill Thuggysaurus tonight.

Pitt was not at full strength. Trey Woodall was out. He was among the top 10 in the nation as far as assists go. He also averaged 14 pts. Pitt had to put Ashton Gibbs at the point, which isn't a horrible second option, but he is still being thrown into a position tha he isn't used to.
Also, Khem Birch, a stud freshman PF, left the team about a week ago.
So, until Woodall returns, I think Pitt will keep falling in the rankings. Big East play is up next.

Welcome to the club. And Woodall played against the Beach.

I was about to comment that I just saw a drunk Bob Huggins angry about something after a game, but then I realized that happens every time I watch a WVU game.

Word.
I don't think being compared to Pitt makes me feel any better. They're overrated to begin with, and that was before losing Birch and Woodall. To say that Xavier is no worse than Pitt is hardly a ringing endorsement.
Wagner is better than ORU and Hawaii. I don't think they're quite as good as Long Beach, but you could make the case that they are. Wagner did give UConn a scare, so they're not chopped liver.
