To YOUR Murray State Racers at the half 29-23.
Kid Yuma ball is in full force and effect. Over 10 turnovers at the half. Luke Fab can't throw a ball in the ocean.
Game's on FSO.

Murray State keeps turning it over as well. They really could be up by more.

Oh, and BTW.
GW is getting schooled by VCU in the BBT Classic in the Verizon Center in DC. It's on Versus.

Dayton was a 3 point dog. They could still beat the spread.
I did expect Dayton to get blown out at Murray. Murray loses at home about as often as Xavier does.

An A-10 team should never lose to an OVC team........evvvvvvverrrrrrrrrr!
I also love that udump's road uniform color is now, obviously, blue. All the toothless rube fans of theirs only have "red scare" T shirts.

Murray would finish in the top 5 of the A-10 almost every year.

The Cryers are now down 10 with about 15 and a half to go.
Their defense is putrid.

They obviously must think that it was the blue jerseys that led them to 3 Old Spice victories.
I'll give Dayton credit for at least playing the RPI game properly and taking a chance at getting a road win at Murray. Losing at home and laying down to Buffalo was far worse.
The A-10 as a whole is taking a bath today - GW's getting blown out by VCU, but the most offensive game is Rhody losing AT HOME to Maine. Even Fordham and La Salle would beat Maine this year.

And GW has let VCU steal the ball 7 times in the first half and have 10 TO's. 16 pts off TO's in one half for VCU and none for the tri sided hats.
Blahhhh.

Agreed.
Hats off to Murray. Two years ago, they were a second round team that lost just three games, and was legitimately a top thirty caliber team.
The following year (last year) they returned everyone and many people (me included) thought they'd be a top 25 team again and really make some noise. They were a huge dissapointment even though they tied for first in their league.
This year, many people (me included again) thought they'd be horrible after losing their coach and four of their starters. They're unbeaten on the season, look as good as anyone in the OVC, and are beating Dayton rather handily at home right now. I'm surprised they've been as good as they are. They don't have much of a post presence, but their energy is always at 110%. They've done a tremendous job going through a huge transition period. that's a huge credit to their current players and coaches.
I hate to say it, but props to Dayton for scheduling them home and home. Dayton isn't worldbeaters, but they're still a much higher caliber team than what is typically willing to go to Murray. As GO said, they lose at home about as frequently as Xavier does.

MOR, give it a rest, will you?? Clearly the jet lag hasn't worn off. That's the only reason they're losing.

Could they fly into Murray?

Especially when Murray State had the much easier experience of playing the Great Alaska Shootout. Have you seen those security lines in Orlando. Nothing like that in Anchorage!

I was just wondering that after I posted it.
I think UD has their own planes, so if there is an airport in Paducah I guess they can fly in.

Murray is likely better than Buffalo, and they're only down 17 instead of 27. I guess that means they've improved.

They probably flew. It's a long-ass drive from Dayton to Murray.

And, there is...
Yep, there is improvement from Buffalo, who, by the way, lost yesterday.

Damn, I didn't realize Murray was that far west in Kentucky.

Yeah, they're kind of way out there by themselves. WKU, Louisville, Kentucky, Morehead and EKU are all about two-and-a-half hours or less from each other.
Murray is way out in the southwestern part of the state.

You know, the other Dayton losses were sort of funny in that they're- so- awful- they're - pathetic - and - I'm - glad - they're - losing - and - I'm - sure - all - of - udpride - is - on - suicide - watch - or - thinking- up- lame - excuses sort of way. But now, I'm getting annoyed. They're dragging the whole of the A10 down with them. It's exhausting to have to carry the A10 on our shoulders year in and year out, and I don't think it's too much to ask that the program that passed us as a program a decade ago should carry its own weight.
I guess we all have our crosses to bear. UD's is being a bunch of losing losers and X's is being the best at everything and having to deal with the likes of UD.

Our league isn't doing all that bad on the whole. We could send a solid three to the tourney with us, SLU and Temple.
I hope SJU can come back. I like rooting for Martelli.
URI needs to fire Baron but can't afford it. His act is old.

Ehh, Buffalo was really the only loss that was a complete surprise. Granted, the way they lost their last two games was alarming, but as far as total losses go, I don't think anyone expected their record to be a whole lot different at this point.
I think there are more A10 teams doing as good or better than expected than their are teams that are shitting the bed. SLU is off to a good start, La Salle has managed a 5-3 record and will likely win their next three games, Richmond is solid again despite having to reload. There are only two teams with losing records right now. As a whole, I think the league is doing better this year than it was a year ago.

@ESPNLunardi: Dreadful day for Atlantic 10: Dayton, St. Joe's, GW and and URI lose to Murray, American, VCU and Maine by a combined 40 points.
