Xavier comes back from 19 down, overtakes Purdue 66-63

For the first 30 minutes of Xavier's game against Purdue, things could not have gone worse. 18 first half turnovers, poor defense and a 19 point deficit seemed to doom the Musketeers. A lesser team would have likely played out the string and looked forward to its next opponent, but this year's Xavier squad is shaping up to be no ordinary team. Showing its comeback against Vanderbilt earlier in the week was not a fluke, the Muskies rode a 30-8 wave over the last 10 minutes to overtake the Boilermakers, 66-63, in one of the most memorable games ever to take place at Cintas Center.
