Is there some kind of tourney at BG?

Anything better than 0-3 would be shocking today.

It's the "Ohio sub-region" of the CBE Classic, which is a trumped up "tourney" from the Gazelle Group. Austin Peay and Bowling Green are also in this "region".

Holy crap. Either, this was UMess's "everything goes right" game, or Boston College belongs in Division 23.

Umess 82 BC 46. Final.

I watched quite a bit of the UMass game. They do look good, but BC has 11 new players, and 9 freshmen. I don't think I'm off on those numbers. BC is going to have a really rough year. On the other hand, Chas Williams new PG for UMass is a player.

Very early returns on a10 are promising it seems.

And Bonaventure also gets the road win at Siena. Siena is down compared to McCafferty era, but still a road win is a road win.

3-0 on the day. One neutral, and two road wins.

This is quite possibly the greatest single day in the last 5 years in A-10 history that does not involve Xavier.

Actually #1 RPI now, by a solid (early) margin over the SEC. The SOS so far is #2, without Xavier even playing the meat of their ridiculous schedule. The #1 SOS right now is actually the Southwestern Atlantic Conference...they've just won only 2 out of 29 games.

That's because the SWAC can't play themselves. When they do, their SOS will drop to 33.

Holy Cross has lost to Charleston Southern, Harvard, and Fairfield by an average of 13 points...and beat BC by 22. BC is awful.
