Pink

I guess I'm not a big fan of the new (I guess) trend to have these pink outs and white outs and blue outs and all that jazz. It seems kind of lame and overdone to me. But the pink out deal was particularly lame. I'm all in favor of their cause (fighting breast cancer), but I still thought it looked silly. With Rhode Island's powder blue and then all that pink it looked more like a baby shower than a basketball game. No thanks.

What really bothered me was there was not one, NOT ONE, remotely cute girl there last night. It didn't matter if she was in pink, blue or trash bag. Simply ugly people up there at URI. Wearing pink just brings more focus to you.

I like the fact when The Show comes to town, everyone gets up, puts on their best colored t shirt and screams for 40 minutes and then walks back to their dorms disappointed. Awesome.

I'm with you. I'm tired of all the ______-outs. I think the Pink-outs are the best of the lot, though, because at least they support a good cause. The others are now pretty much worthless.

I don't like it at all. Although I was thinking.....if they have pink for breast cancer...should fans wear all brown to put the focus on men getting their colon checked?? Just sayin.

I'm all for raising money for cancer research (even though I have my doubts the people who matter truly want a cure found), but in that case, fill some boots. Wearing pink accomplishes nothing.

I like "_____ outs" as long as it's the dominant color. Charlotte should have green outs, not white outs. Xavier should do blue outs. Dayton Red outs. etc...
