The "front page" stats will still be free.

I'll probably end up subscribing because I like the team and player details. Sucks that I won't be able to link stuff to make my incoherent arguments slightly more coherent.

First thought: that's lame.

Second thought: I'll pay it, because 1) the site is an incredible source of information; 2) getting all that information for free up until now has been great of us -- and I can understand why he wants to get something more for it; and 3) $20 a year isn't that big a deal.
